I am about to start something new this morning too, yoga! I hope I like it, and more importantly I hope it helps with my injury, oh, almost forgot that we did a new (to us) parkrun on Saturday, Lyme Park, challenging up hill on rugged ground for the first 800m, I walked the ups and jogged the downs, my leg didn’t like it after I will read back through later to see what you have all have been up to Oh, and we came back to half a new kitchen, new flooring is happening right now

Thanks to SPR for re-igniting the track and field thread this season. It's been good to see people posting. I haven't contributed much - letting myself be intimidated by all the high achieving MD runners. Not their fault I hasten to add! Also, sad to say, I think SpeedyGoth may have been the only other woman to post. ANYWAY - in the interests of being less apologetic about myself - here's my season round up.

I don't want rounds of applause but a small degree of interest would be nice. There! I've said it!
