*delurks* too I've been very demotivated throughout August. I am starting a "Steptember" - Walking every day and trying to reach the goal that Garmin sets for me. I also want to get back into yoga. I love it when I do it regularly.

In non-exercise related Starting, I think I'm going to start making a quilt for my cousin's new baby. I'm not sure exactly when it's due, which gives an exciting deadline uncertainty...

I've just found this and SS has targets I can be interested in and achieve.
I think I will walk at least 1 mile every day and do some yoga twice a week.
