I find the 4 St Neots shirts get a lot of wear while I'm training but the medals from Colchester and Royal Parks much less so.

Wouldn't it be more cost effective not to enter the race and spend the money saved on assorted snacks? If you insist that this has got something to do with running meet up with some friends in a windswept part of the country and do 13.1 miles with them.
