it was as hard work as a half off no long runs deserves to be! Lovely company though

Excellent (not the deregistering - but I'm sure that wasn't our fault!)

Boy child used to be SamJ ( well he is still SamJ as that's his name but he doesn't Fetch) and Girl Child with blue hair is Tiger Feet

Oh yeah, I’d completely forgotten Tiger Feet being on here.

I was in a loo queue - there was a severe shortage of portaloos this year for females and the ones in the changing rooms were either broken or lacking in locks/paper. Nice-tri have a way to go to match the old Riverside organisation.

The queue about 9.40 was ridiculous.

Was it me being grumpy, or is it slightly less good each year? I'm sure we had live traffic much earlier this year and there was more traffic in total. No jelly babies to be had anywhere from water stations or supporters. No pacer announcements - I was only aware there were pacers when the lad told me afterwards. Two loos in the ladies, one with a broken flush and the other with a door that didn't shut. Nothing at the finish except some very green and inedible bananas. I'm tired and probably a bit grumpy but it seems there's a little less for the money each year
