I've had mixed luck with them in the past. Sometimes orders would take a long time to show up...other times, they would turn up the next day.

I had a nightmare with them. I ordered some shorts, they didn't fit so I sent them back and exchanged for a different size. They still didn't fit so I sent them back and asked for a refund. Having first advised they had received them back and I'd be getting a credit within a week, they then claimed they never received them and refused to give me my money back. I even had proof of posting.
Basically they stole £15 off me plus I paid two lots of return postage. I'd never use them again and I'd never recommend them to anyone.
Thieving, robbing gits they are.

Walked past here the other day and it is now closed down (you can still buy online though). I got all my running shoes from there and some running gear too. I always found the staff to be helpful and most importantly the prices were low. I'll buy online from now on but you can't beat going in and trying things on etc.

I've used them a fair bit - get good discount codes and cash back through Quidco but they are a bit hopeless. So far there has been a 50/50 instance of mistakes in the orders but most of the time its been them sending me the wrong socks or whatever and in addition to sending me the right ones they've just told me to keep the others.

I've never had a problem with them. Brought from them many times and the only slight problem I had was years ago when one item took longer than I thought it should have to arrive. Most of the time they've been pretty speedy.
I do have a friend who had a problem with them a while back though.
