I was told I could have exchange or refund if they proved faulty, but they sent out another pair of the same shoe without asking me first (given the choice, I would have had a different pair of shoes). Then claimed they did not get my email requesting different shoes. Now waiting for my postage refund. They've been polite throughout but it will make me think twice in future, particularly if their shop has also closed down.
