capt. Oct 2012 7:37am, 20 Oct 2012 51 posts	0 capt. had a cold over the last few days, felt terrible but have carried on running through it. feeling alot better today. if your going to get a cold the first week of a taper is about the best time. BVRB..good to hear that your on the mend, fingers crossed also from me. hope to run 12 miles later today and then its easy street.

Oct 2012 7:17pm, 21 Oct 2012 52 posts	0 capt. really excited now. yet to complete a marathon so its really important for me to finish this race. i will try for 3.30 but wont be too dissapointed if i'm slower. happy with my 12 miler yesterday. avoiding club runs this week, just a few easy miles.

Managed a steady 12 m in 1:26 today and all ok except for a tight left glute. More stretching this week, ready for the mighty Snod!
