BVRB, excellent news... Watched SNOD youtube videos last night... Mrs Lemmy commented "Oh! That looks exposed" Think she'll be taking long sleeve tops with her now... Practically balmy down here in Essex...

8.01m of confidence restoring running this evening. Easy pace run in the dark with a couple of miles at pMP (not Snod mp!) thrown in and it felt oh so smoooooth 8.01 m in 55.21. Splits: 7:53 7:40 7:02 6:54 6:53 6:09 6:11 6:35 3

That's it for me now, except for a few recovery runs, before the off on Saturday morning :)

they have also forecast less wind but lower temp.

hill training with the running club last night. just jogged up and down, hardly broke into a sweat. bring on the proper hills.
