MM - if it's been going on for a while probably best to get it looked at, hopefully it's a easily sorted x

Decorum - hope the ankles are ok. I just looked up ankle exercises - who knew there were so many?!

Enjoy the snow AR :-)

Ankle exercises may help me - have spoken to dr's and they have advised me to go to get an x-ray just to check foot out so will do that tomorrow after work.

Thats why I am avoiding it as I am dreading the fact that I may have a stress fracture of an old break

Nutso L - If you would be so kind, yes please.

Mm - if it might be an injury on, or damage of, an old injury it's even more important to get it checked asap ... how much grief would you give a kid for ignoring an injury? ;-)

...3.6 miles :-) Went with some clubmates, but I do my own thing as they're all faster. Someone usually offers to go with me, but tbh it's better for me to be on my own at my own pace.

Hope it's good news at the X-Ray MM. I got excellent news at dermatology today! The tiny lump on my nose is probably a swollen sebaceous gland, it is not a skin cancer and it doesn't need any treatment! For peace of mind I am going back in May for them to check it again, they took some photos so they can compare but he seems very sure it's nothing! NHS was wonderful, from GP to hospital, amazing service and such lovely people :-). So we went on into Norwich and did a bit of shopping and had a nice roast dinner in Jarrolds department store. :-)
