That's excellent kwala. :)

I still have 128 miles to go :-o 572/700. I managed 80 last November so hoping I can get somewhere near that this month but a bit scuppered with having the lurgy last week.
I went out on my bike again this morning. I'd set a 500 bike target for the year and I'm now on 448 so shouldn't have a problem with that although weather plays a bigger part there.
I also noticed that my all time mileages on Fetch today are 2280 for both running and cycling. :)

Nut, I'm not jealous at all. :-p You've got a busy time over the next couple of months then - this winter will just fly by. A friend of mine had a nasty lurgy a few weeks ago and she says that she's still not completely over it and seems to spend a lot of time sleeping.
Have a fabulous time in Lankawi! B-) :)

Nut have a fabulous holiday

Am still not doing any exercise apart from walking the dog, my small run Wednesday am left me feeling really sick and dizzy.

Am off for a sports massage on Monday as having loads of aches and pains in left leg, foot, heal.

Missing my bike sportive tomorrow and HDS next weekend is looking very unlikely. Not sure that being chest deep in cold water is a good thing when still not well, let along the 11/12 miles

That's all pants MM. :( I hope you can get to the bottom of what's wrong with your leg/foot. Probably most sensible to miss your events and just keep up with the walking. Just make sure that you include lots of hills though. ;-)

Hope the massage does the trick for you, MM. Shame you're having to miss your events, but sounds like the sensible thing to do just now.

A possible new PT just phoned me, I'd given up on him so my trial session is booked in for next Wednesday. I told him to go easy on me as I have a race the following Sunday. ;-)

Happy Birthday to LipGloss :-) and son of LipGloss :-)

Happy Holidays to Nutso :-)

Healing vibes to those that need them (( ))

Don't faint I ran today - 1r1w around Tilgate Park, and Chevron Hill nearly killed me (my first time and I didn't realise how long it went on for) - that and all the weight I have put on!!

I have decided to pull out of next week's 10km and just concentrate on building my 5km back up in preparation for a better year ahead. I am still going to the SVN event in early December as hotel booked, etc. and I only have to get around 1 lap of 4.37 mile for a medal (this will be an expensive one but one to blow away the cobwebs for 2017)
saxon-shore.com

I shall update my weekly blog tomorrow and I have news about Heidi the Wired Haired Daschund (more to follow).

Right I had better go and put my mile time in - enjoy the rest of the weekend.

Lip Gloss
Afternoon folks,
Thank you for the birthday wishes either here on another thread or indeed on FB. I have been spoiled as per usual and my son says thanks too. Can't believe I could have a son that old when I'm only 21 ;-)

Glad to see mostly good positive vibes and runs being done.

Take a hug if you need one, take your time if you need to, take a rest if it's required.....it's all relevant:-)
