... In fact bunting SAPers bunting as we all rock ;)

Tad windy out there today! I had to get some in the bank today though as we are getting a new TV delivered sometime tomorrow so will need to wait in till it arrives. Knowing my luck I'll be the last one in his list!

Stew you will easily do 700 next year mara training. Just build up the miles slowly and you shouldn't get injured.

Lem, thanks from me too about organising our "races" this year and blogging the results, you are a star. :)

I think we all have similar targets for next year at the moment, predominantly keeping running and not getting injured. Quality above quantity is what I always like to maintain and I think that cross training has a big part to play in this.

I'm looking forward to entering our SAP events again next year but I'll be giving the January ones a miss. I won't be running on New Year's Day as I'm parkrunning on NYE and racing on the 2nd, then later in the month I'll be off to the white stuff. :)

Right, I'm off to read Lem's blog.........

Alpen I have now edited the blog to include your 10 mile PB as that was brilliant and a perfectly good reason for not being at the SAP 10!

Thanks Lem. :)

I'm wanting to get out for a run today to clear my bugs but I'm waiting for the rain to stop first. :-p

Very windy today, I did an out and back run. The out section was tough but the back half was of course much easier so it felt like two different days weather-wise. Anyway a nice steady five mile effort one hour 12 seconds. :-)
