Merry Christmas SAPs! Hope you all have a lovely day! We have mostly been in the kitchen this morning pottering about getting things ready, very enjoyable. Ham is cooking now, rib of beef goes in later and a chicken as that is lemon juniors favourite. No run yet, not sure if we will get one in now but may have a walk later to make up for it. Christmassy love and sprouts to you all xx

So I have arrived at chevin chase it's dry but blowing a gale and freezing and I would rather be in bed! I'm going to be a couch potato after this eating and drinking all the things I couldn't yesterday as I was doing this!

Still in bed, we have snow. Planned this as a rest day (from running) although we are popping in past son's again to see Alfie's birthday gifts as we didn't do them yesterday

1) Keep doing my leg exercises and add ankles to the plan
2) Cto5k/10k my way
3) Concentrate on 5k then 10k times
4) Try to get to +300 miles in a year (plus 1000 walking miles)
5) Arrive at the BH marathon start line fit and healthy, and have fun whilst covering the challenge

Mulb's Goals
1) to start building some strength and flexibility work into my week
2) to get back in to walking every day for at least 30 mins
3) to shift some of the extra heft I've gained this year
