Nut, I found that on my bike yesterday, seemed to be against the wind whichever way I went.

Fragile Do Not Bend
I'm not running in long sleeves yet, I warm up pretty quickly when I get going. When it gets a bit colder I'll wear a t-shirt with arm sleeves that I can just peel off and tuck into my tights if I get too hot. I only ever wear my jacket when it's raining.

This is in total contrast to when I go for a walk - in the cold weather I will be wearing several layers of fleece, a hat and the warmest scarf and gloves I can find!

Morning. Got my 5 miler recorded yesterday as part of 10k. First time out here I managed 10k without stopping out here so had a good time. Hope you're all well.

Good running Andy! I am hoping to escape the office for a walk at lunchtime and will no doubt put too many layers on! I always end up walking back into the office red faced and boiling hot!

I have collated the times from the virtual races last month and have some bling to hand out, better get to it and do the monthly blog, hopefully do that later if time permits or tomorrow lunchtime. medal

1) Keep doing my leg exercises and add ankles to the plan
2) Cto5k/10k my way
3) Concentrate on 5k then 10k times
4) Try to get to +300 miles in a year (plus 1000 walking miles)
5) Arrive at the BH marathon start line fit and healthy, and have fun whilst covering the challenge

1) to start building some strength and flexibility work into my week
2) to get back in to walking every day for at least 30 mins
3) to shift some of the extra heft I've gained this year
