Oooh that really must be painful, could there be some small piece of tile in it?
Hopefully the nurse will be able look at it properly.

Sorry I never commented on any one else.

Nutso as per usual you live up to your name ;-)

DoD hope you and Dd are starting to feel better soon.

Well done WP, your sub 40 is there for the taking soon and 50's for you and AR would be nice if they were reached on the same day.

A better run is always welcome Fragile. I did the same run yesterday as I did last Monday but for some reason (maybe the fact I never ran again till yesterday) it felt so much better yesterday.

Hi 😊 Parkrun this morning after a week off recovering from rough runner and a hideous cold!! I had a week off prior to rough runner too as my ankle was a bit stressy. Good run finished in 29.38 with more left in the tank but was being sensible! No adverse effects and both ankle and heel uncomplaining 😊👍🏻

Never had this weekend's 5miler in my portfolio or would have carried on and did the extra mile this afternoon :-( never mind I will get it done during the week hopefully.

Did 4 today as I never got to parkrun yesterday because I was supposedly just looking for an outfit for my son's wedding....taking the credit card is never a good move ;-) anyways the deed is done and the weight will have to stay off so no sticky buns, pringles or wine for the next 10 months lol.

Hello! Waves at everyone. Are we allowed a sneak preview of the wedding outfit LG or a hint in colour maybe?

I did my five miler last weekend as I got confused so I thought I would stick with the theme and do the ten miler this weekend! And I did it non stop! No walk breaks, didn't even have to stop for any cars. I did have to run along a wet grassy verge to dodge one car but I started running outside the house and never stopped til it beeped ten miles just past the house! Very pleased as I my previous longest non stop run was eight miles. :-)

Alpen how is the foot? Unity good to see you pop in x

Wow well done L10 that sounds like a good run especially non stop running, don't think I could ever manage that for 10 miles...
My run today felt quiet good although I stuck a long sleeved top on and got too hot as per usual.
The colour is classed as smokey turquoise although its more petrol or kingfisher in my opinion. I still have something for my head to get although I may well just hire it (we have a few good shops up here) and then decide on colour of footwear. I have another outfit I had already bought but this new one cost a pretty packet so feel I will have to use it. My ex MiL is the same size as me so I could offer it to her for the wedding if she wanted.

The colour sounds gorgeous!

I wore a long sleeve top and light jacket today and was just right, I do feel the cold though!

Lg lol you have more willpower than me :) pleased to hear you found an outfit

L10 fantastic running 🏃 well done 😊 I'm with you in feeling the cold I was long sleeves today.

Another 5k done today was really cold and really tough running into a headwind regardless of the direction how is that possible! It's done I'm chuffed and whilst I ache nothing hurts 😊 I took control of two more conquercise zones too so 12 and have now explored 97 😊

Evening all. :) Nice running going on this week and today, well done everyone. star

Lem, I thought you'd got your weeks mixed up when I saw your 10. ;-) Nice that you managed it without any stops. :)

LG, just make sure that your heels aren't too high on those shoes - you'll be wearing them for a long time - think of your back. ;-)

I deleted my SAP 5 when my was still poorly. I've been out on my bike Fetchpointing for my exercise this week, especially as the weather was so good. My foot is now feeling better and not hurting at all so I'll be back running either tomorrow or Tuesday. :)

Until now I've still been wearing short sleeves under a jacket then I can tie the jacket round my race once I've warmed up. I think I'm going to be wearing long sleeves under my jacket - not sure when I'll be into long trousers but I don't think it'll be much longer now.
