I had a cracking run, felt faster than when I did this a couple of years ago, and even picked up speed coming down the Greenway, but turned out I was 40s slower. (WAVA up though). Some lovely cameraderie and real support between runners and a few lifts from support along the ways (especially the macmillan crew somewhere around mile 24!) super marshals, beautiful villages,
