Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I'm really looking forward to it. Currently carb loading...well, eating a massive pizza. :-P

Hope Mick and family are OK. Will look out for some of you at the marathon :-)

Hi guys,

Weather looking better all the time, according to BBC. Now suggesting sunny intervals for tomorrow, the temperature is down, slightly, to 18 degrees, and the wind is down to 13 mph. That is for all of Sunday, looking at 24 hour breakdowns, it is still meant to be raining lightly at 07:00, but the wind will be just 8 mph.

So, go for it, try to finish before it gets too hot or windy.

Reckon that Happy G is suggesting a PB to me, thanks Happy, I'll do my best.

... and add my greetings to Mick. Hope he is up and out again soon.

See you all in the morning, gulp.

Get well soon, Mick.

I've got to that stage where every ache, pain or twinge (and there are a lot of them) is something serious that's going to have me hobbling back to the car after the first mile. I'm distracting myself with trying to find all the camping kit. I've got the tent now where's the kettle?

Get well soon Mick x

Good luck everyone for tomorrow, looks like a wet start but the sun should be shining by the time we finish :-)

Hope you find that kettle XB essential pre race cuppa :-)
