Paula, the Travel Lodge isn't really out of town, assuming you're on Birmingham Road. Tesco opposite for last minute bagels! Very close to centre of town for meeting up with eejits, er, Fetchies

Rob, good to hear you had a good run on Saturday. I've ran from Tesco at end of A48(M) alond Taff Trail, past castle to Millennium Stadium, cross river then back along Sophia Gardens. What more could you ask for in a run?!

We've booked through laterooms.com, staying in centre of town.

Fab, few up for meal then. Anyone local and know if Italian restaurant Sorrento's is any good please? stratford-upon-avon.co.uk

yeeeeah completed a 19 mile run plod @10;16 average pace , fetch predicts 4:34 mara, but i want better, hopefully in races - i wont need to carry camelbak or look for the ruote - as happened at my turn point near Guidlen sutton - i went along from wales along Connahs Quay to Chester cycle path which is the route for Chester marathon. happy training folks. i must book a Stratford B&B bye for now ! Hey Zoom you doing Rhayader ? I'll be there - hopefully Sioux can feed us Lucozade from a bike bag ?,
