Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

WreexhamRob: To be honest I just collapsed on the sofa with a bottle of lucozade. I couldn't handle anything else. There are a couple more 20+ runs in my schedule so I'll try the keep moving idea and possibly stretching after them.

Thanks for the advice!

Its all gone pretty quite in here. Has the training had such an effect that people are too tired to type? Only a couple of months to go now.

Just to let you know that we have about 350 places left for the half marathon and if any of your SAC members want to enter they should do so asap. Places are going at around 200 per week. Online entry is the best way to enter and postal entry will close in a couple of days.
