Hemel Runner
WreexhamRob: To be honest I just collapsed on the sofa with a bottle of lucozade. I couldn't handle anything else. There are a couple more 20+ runs in my schedule so I'll try the keep moving idea and possibly stretching after them.
Thanks for the advice!

Marathon Lads
Just to let you know that we have about 350 places left for the half marathon and if any of your SAC members want to enter they should do so asap. Places are going at around 200 per week. Online entry is the best way to enter and postal entry will close in a couple of days. David
