Foxy Davy
I have never done it to comment but I do know Luton & it ain't exactly exotic, plus will be cold in December.

How about the 2togo on Sept 11th - St Margarets in Herts. Technically off road but very flat.

Howmanyminutes?!?
Well done everyone who ran Stratford. Myself and four other colleagues from NFU Mutual ran the full on Sunday. Was hoping to break 3.30 for first time but ran in at 3.33.19. I'm over the moon with my time (new pb by 8mins) as I felt the course was pretty tough especially the hard surface on the Greenway (2nd time). 3 others with me all finished with one finishing in 6th with a new pb.

Another energy station at around 22 would have been great. Hope to get back some year maybe for the half.

Foxy: the 2togo does look interesting. Goes right through Tottenham terriotory though. I think I'll be safer in Luton ;-).

Hellen, you are right more sports drinks were needed. I needed a pint of the stuff and not a cup.

Did anyone else find it torture running past the pub gardens?
