jono82 Apr 2010 9:18pm, 27 Apr 2010 3,003 posts	0 jono82 monty....you did well,very impressive. I enjoyed this (stomach cramps and all)- decided today that consistency for me is keeping between 4.14 - 4.40 for a mara, takes account for weather/courses etc. so yep pretty please with me time.
