Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Well Done Brian.

There seems to be a lot of people who think the Dechmont Law 10k is hilly. It is no more hilly than an average blancmange, and just as much fun. Ok I will shut up about it now. Promise.

Kaiser it absolutely its, its fun and no-one gives a toss if you usain bolt it or trundle along at a dignified leisurely pace (like I did!) everyone got the same cheers and support and it was just a good fun day out. I entered on the day last year because I wanted to get a look at the weather and I got the impression lots of others did too so you can commit at the last minute if you like:)

Thanks jacs and fraserfish I live in Polmont so not to far over the bathgate hills. I think it sounds good so may give it a wee try as doing the ignis 10k pretty slow with a friend and looking to try and get a good time elsewhere as I hope to do a few 10k's this year to get a really good PB by the end of the year.

I may just go for it and enter as I dont mind the weather. Thanks

its where the West Lothian schools do the county cross country races too because its such a nice wee area. There are pics from last years race on the Lothian running club web site I think if you want to have a gander at some of it.

Come on, Dvorak, do it - it sounds fab! Or do you want us to spread the news that Dvorak has a problem with the law...? ;-)
