Oh dear Katiepie, where was the fall? Aberdeen was good fun today. Nice breeze on the promenade, great support, and my guts behaved themselves. Sad to see it all end but happy I managed along each year.

Saw the blood on FB katypie, hope you mend well. Sounds like Aberdeen and Kirkcaldy both successes. It's amazing what a bit of sunshine can do.

Soapy - was speaking to club mates at parkrun and we agreed the Kirkcaldy route wouldn't be easy and a bit of a shock to anyone expecting a flat road half. More like and Adventure Mixed half! :-) G

Someone shouted as I drove past the half field on their way out and our way back in. Not sure who it was though. It hard to spot faces in crowd and drive at same time!

Camus qtr great wee race, what wasn't so good was the 3 minute mid way hold up at train level crossing, at my age and in that heat just seized up a bit and sweated profusely!! Hopefully the organisers can adjust the start time next year to avoid.
