5.5 mile speedier run in company, cold wind then lunch with running pals. Nice to catch up.
Sun eventually came out but then rained when we got back.
Hope good saturdays are being had!

Yesterday was slippery so a short shuffle to the shops was all I managed. Still cold this morning but the sun made an appearance around lunchtime and I clocked 9 miles.
