Hi everyone. I haven't been here in ages because I've stopped running and even walking quickly cos it's too sore. I'm still going to parkrun if it's not cancelled or I'm feeling ok but walking at a normal walking speed at the back. The last scan showed the liver and lymph nodes growths had disappeared altogether! But the growth on my pancreas had grown by 5cm, so up to 15cm at it's largest measurement.

Thought I'd touch base with you all to see if everyone's OK.

A few blood tests later, my PSA is 0.14 which is good. I had a urology outpatients appointment last week which was really helpful and I'm now on Tadalafil. The hospital want to keep tabs on me, so I had another blood test while I was there and will have another in July, before going back to urology at the end of August.

Good to hear from you Phil

Coincidentally I have a (hopefully) routine follow up colonoscopy tomorrow afternoon. I've been all clear since November 2019
