Yeah, 17 is fine FChicken!!
Well done on your session lin50.
Another milestone for me as I hit the good old age of 75. Did 5k early this morning with my wife to celebrate!

Parkrun today. 29.22. Didn't look at watch just kept it steady effort so I could actually run the full 5k.

Happy birthday @steve45!

Today was meant to be a rest day after the long run yesterday, but the F'laps challenge had piqued my interest so I ended up doing 4x 2-mile runs and 4x 2-mile walks over an 8-hour period. Legs held up remarkably well but I know when I've done enough so have called it quits and will definitely not be spending much time on my feet tomorrow!

Thanks folks!
Good to see you progressing well lin50 . Isn't 20/20 quite hard to do? Good mile times there.
Excellent park run Pam runs and how good to have avoided looking at your watch.
Well done on the Flaps challenge FChicken. Takes some doing to interfere with the day every hour.
Only 1.2 miles this morning and extended my runs to 35 seconds 😂

@steve45 yes, I found 20:20 a bit too much stop/start, definitely not one I’ll be doing very often.

Well done @Jen HB

Sacked off my Garmin training plan and did a 4.5 mile trail run this morning. 30:30 all the way. Lovely run with jeffing buddies.
