Amazing work by all.
Covered 10km on foot. Prevaricated for about 8 hours.... Ran 7ish and met GC and Dog about a mile and a half from home, the rest was a mix of walk, stop to look at where wildlife was just a second ago and sprinting with Dog. Tough Zwift race last night is my excuse! Tomorrow I will get 6-7 done before work leaving an easy top up after...
This is going to be my highest mileage month ever on the minimum distance!

Great going, RTSists :-) Much admiration at your efforts, way further than I can get near these days. Now, I hope you don't think this is cheeky, but, inspired by the virtual events which Gimme Medals added for 1, 2 and 5 miles, I've added another on the 31st. A 4K for your final day glory leg. And something towards the race standards for everyone. (Thanks to GM, I'm currently a warthog :-) )
