I’m out a painful hip and ankle which I had before I started are starting to get sore again so I’m out. I’ll try again in May once I’ve seen a sports physio.

RtS is not something to go on with if you have any injury or niggle. Not taking any rest day is tough on the body, I find, and last month when I didn't do RtS I really noticed how much fresher I felt after a day off running! I hope running every day is building base strength but have no idea if that's true.
