Righto. I'll give this a go. Have been so inconsistent with no targets in the back of my mind - perhaps this will be the focus I need?! Also switching the garmin to km instead of miles will help me as I won't be hung up on speed (awful with mental maths 😂)

Good evening, newbie here. Do I have to do the distance in a single activity? eg. Run to lake is 2Km each way. I normal log as 2 activities. Will that tick day 4?

That's fine Totriornottotri, it is the total distance run for the day that counts.

No it doesn't have to be exact, just at least the distance.

About This Thread

1) Add the digits of the date together e.g 18th = 1+8 = 9km, 20th = 2+0 = 2km.

2) Run that distance on the relevant date to colour it in.

3) Complete the whole month to get a badge.
