Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

After the first game of the tournament, there was no incentive for me to watch this. Looks like I made the right decision.

I saw the forward pass straight away and the replay proved it. How was that ever legit?

Yeah obvious forward pass was obvious. But maybe worth it to make a game of things.

Apart from a dodgy try, we haven't done too badly. Should have set up a drop goal attempt at the end. Wrong decision by a country mile, Smiffy.

The dummy drop goal attempt is clearly the product of months of attacking innovation. Great work England

Arundell not being passed to, probably Farrell is still annoyed with him after the training ground punch up

Oh wait isn’t there something about a forward pass not being counted as forward if the receiving player is behind the passer? That was the case. The pass was backward relative to the running players. I know this is nonsense but it seems to be how the rule is interpreted.

Forward out of the hand is illegal as per the law though if backward out of the hand but travels forward that’s ok - not really a massive fan of that law myself.
