If New Zealand win it’s 100% down to the decision they made after their losses last year, sacking some coaches and bringing in the ex Ireland coach Joe Schmidt (great organiser of the attacking / defensive systems) and Jason Ryan the Canterbury forwards coach. Ian Foster is the head coach those two appointments have been the turnaround

Yes interesting that NZ kept the head coach but appointed assistants who are definitely not yes men to turn things round under him. Good call, hope it’s rewarded.
I’d like the RFU to do the same with Borthwick, especially someone strong, experienced and forthright enough to crowbar some sort of attacking game into our selections and gameplan.
