Very nice icemaiden!
I'll do a few shortish interval sessions this month to get me back into it - I have a podcast which talks me through a 20 min session & I can make up a pyramid session too. May do an initial mile this weekend then another at the end of the month for comparison.

OK - I'm off the blocks. 3391m warmup - which gave me time to think of a target speed.
I row with the 500m avg/split showing, so didn't really know what my end time was until I got there. Final time 6:01.7, quite happy with that, but felt I could have gone out a bit harder.

havent done this in months
by virtue of fecking fetchpoint have not set foot in a gym for MONTHS

OK so I have been on the rower 3 times this year.
Rode 7.33 for 2km, felt harder than it should have :¬)
Today I did 5km in 21.44 and it was easy
