I appear to have won a tranche of badges for route of day pics. I’m not sure whether I’ve even had one … is there a way to check? Very exciting if you’ve all been applauding my duff photography without my knowledge but I suspect it’s an error

Very exciting if you’ve all been applauding my duff photography without my knowledge but I suspect it’s an error Serendippily I had the same and reported it by means of a comment on the Unlockable Badges thread; it was an error. Fetch has removed them again. |

Beginner's question. It seems as if you can't add an image from your own Gallery to a route. You have to upload the image by a separate routine and it attaches to the route but still doesn't appear in your Gallery - is that right?

Very exciting! Especially as I uploaded yesterday's route which I'm hoping will make it to a ROTD in the future (7 or 8 weeks from now?) since it's a great route, and the photos should tick all those boxes mentioned above. Here's the second best photo of the day (which didn't get used for the route added to FE) - I reckoned that one from the top was better than this. On a side-note, on the summit, close to 3000ft up, was a memorial to a runner that headed out on these paths in Novemebr 2014, and tragically never made it back. A reminder to be prepared for what can go wrong when running on the hills, and to carry enough emergency kit 300 ROTDs is exceptional! One day, in the distant future maybe... |

I’m listening to what you learn when you fall, a story of a lady who goes hiking in the desert and falls breaking her pelvis and I know survived as she’s written the book but I question how! And I know in future I’ll ensure I am prepared should I go off piste in the hills. Scary. Great photo. |

On a lighter note, surely that's Rouge Beret, not Jaune Beret? Although I have learnt a lot from Fetch & the web this afternoon |

I tend to post from holiday and new routes. I'm not sure there's many around home (Whiteparish) or the northern half of the New Forest that I haven't overdone, so haven't posted any from there for some time. Although now I know there's another badge, I may restart (I don't see Sailor Steve in any of the high score badges - maybe a recount needed?) |
