If you do it on a Tui Cruise, don't take one of their day excursions. Stay on the boat and you'll enjoy the reverse journey more.

As someone who sees a lot of photographs submitted for publication, my favourite of this year so far is "Coastal path to Bridlington and back".

Flat horizon: none of this one-leg-longer-than-the-other nonsense. The seagull subject is slight off centre (rule of thirds), and it's a crisp, clear image with decent levels and some proper contrast. Kudos to GimmeMincepies
