LazyDaisy, if you get the tide right you can run the entire foreshore from Lympstone to Sandy Bay at the far end of Exmouth (apart from the dock at Exmouth) which makes it a much more interesting and less crowded run or ride.

Thanks Jubear - we're planning on rinning down the estuary after parkrun so how far we get is a bit of an unknown but we've been intending to run down and get the train back for the last year. We'll get there one day!
