I’m focussing on getting through the half way point. If I’m feeling rough it could be tempting. I need to remember I almost stopped at half way in my last in 2012. I was in Tower Bridge and saw my daughter told her I was giving up and she almost tore me to shreds 🤣 |

Flapjack Last time I ran at Stratford I thought about turning towards the finish at the half marathon point round and ended up with a marathon PB. |
