Too Much Water
Great result by 4x100 ladies who cone across as a really strong unit.

Just watched the Lutalo Mohammed interview, poor guy. Looked absolutely devastated.

GB 4x400 team. Even though they won their heat. Not clear why.

Gutted for Lutalo, what a way to lose the title :-(

Men's relay team that is

Great result for women's 4x100 getting the bronze. And their comments about how strong the team is echo every other team medal we've had. The power of a cohesive team training together really can't be underestimated

Muhammad was a trooper I would have hide and cried or punched the guy for trying to interview me so soon after.

Disqualified last night US and I think Trinidad men 4 X 100.

GB men's 4x400.

Ayana would lose with Mo tactics, Cheruiyot would outkick her. She did the right thing but went too hard, and too early.

India and GB were apparently "straddling the red line" at Hudson Smith's changeover. With no clear footage to refute that, Brazil are now in the final following the failed appeal.

Men never really had a chance in the 4 *100 - was surprised they were even being tipped on here with our history and lack of pace, Americans, Jamaicans and Japanese on a different planet to us - although the US did get DQed. The Japanese show that a good changeover is the art of the relay, a joy to watch, instead of our continuingly clunky machione, the last changeover to Gemli was horrible and almost another DQ. All the "positive" talk of doing their best. If I was a coach (well I am!) I'd be going look at the Japanese changeovers, work on them til you're that good, because what you're doing ain't remotely good enough.
