I think the men sprinters are best summed up as individuals without a team ethic. Sense there's a lot of rivalry as most of them are fighting for a 100m spot (Gemili perhaps not).

I love the canoeing :-)

I am so massively impressed with this team GB performance. OK some haven't quite pulled it off but on the whole they have been really inspirational and in their post-event interviews they've shown a lot of grace under pressure! :-) (Even, who was it, who said, 'I ran like a dick :-(' :-)

Wow, GB only need another 4 medals to equal the total from 2012. I think we've got 2 guaranteed medals in the boxing so if Mo, Tom Daley and one other person can get a medal we'll surpass it. That is truly awesome!
