Bolt wins by a mile (not literally) Gemili ran fantastically, so close to bronze - 3 thousandths or something (photo finish). He's gutted.

Blimey, Lemaitre! I've always had a soft spot for him as he seems so awkward and gawky. If Gemili couldn't get a medal then I'm happy for Christophe :-)

Sorry guys, I gave into bed. On the bright side I'll be fresh for the home stretch. Gutted for Germilli. Nice to see Jade defend her title.

So guaranteed medals we have out there. Women's Hockey, Nicola Adams, Big fella in the boxing. Think we will fall just short of total medals at London,but they have been brilliant.
