Hans dying was obvious so not a shock. But even though it was predictable it was still good. I can't decide if I want Rey to be Luke's daughter or not related at all. It does seem to be one family stuffing up that whole galaxy. The again, how could Rey be that quick to pick up the force if she wasn't related to the "child of Midichlorians"

Was great also to get the kids (at least one of them anyway) into it and spark their interest in seeing the first ever one made, to give them some context. Not sure if I can maintain interest for five more at the rate of one a year, though, even if they are directed by hip and happening people.

The red arm is off the other droid. C3PO is silly comic relief who's only useful when they actually need something translated, but JarJar is way worse IMO - borderline racist stereotype, and does far too many useful things for a complete idiot who ends up handing over the keys to the Republic to the Emperor.
