For a lovely week with my parents and nephew. That we were able to meet everyone's needs. That my mum and I didn't argue. For my first pack walk with Ernie.

For bumpng into a couple we haven't seen in ages and ending up spending a couple of hours catching up and talking about athletics and all sorts and realising how much we have in common. For sunshine and ice cream and the final night of the athletics.

That the start of term has gone smoothly work-wise. For a great bouldering session. For 2 inspiring training days with energetic, enthusiastic colleagues and inspiring speaker. For some positive and genuine feedback from colleagues on the input I delivered. The boost to confidence this has led to, just in time for another training input tomorrow. That I have positive things to say about work :)

For friends and Fetchies. For my new hair cut and colour that was cheap and cheerful. That I got everything in the car at Ikea. That it's not raining.

For a good end to the week. That Alfie was keen to go swimming again. For a chilled day yesterday. For being out on the hills with my boys. That QP is still keen to try the WHW next year after a taste of climbing some hills today.
