Grateful that we live near a long beach with rocks for clambering, sand for strolling, caves for exploring and a wee cafe for munching. There are also dolphins for spotting if you're lucky.....which I'll look forward to. Also grateful for Yorkie buttons.

Yesterday I was grateful that my last hilly long run went well and the sun was shining. Today I'm grateful that the mood in my office has cheered up!
