Mist has burnt off, sun is shining. Run and dog walk done in warm pleasantness. Even floodwaters are receding, Daffs are out and a quick rummage yielded the sunnies I’ve not needed since last year,

I went for a walk at lunchtime. It was sunny in Manchester. Although there were not many daft dogs around to smile at.

Sold an agricultural vehicle that has been sitting in our yard for nearly a year. £1,800 in the bank and no wreck messing up the yard! :-) G

My physio is referring me into the back strengthening classes they do at the surgery. Hopefully this can sort my back.
