A friend from the running club has responded really well to chemotherapy and their tumour now cannot be seen on a scan. They’re back to good training too

I got made redundant on Tuesday. Unbeknown to my current employer, I also accepted and signed all the paperwork for a new job on Tuesday straight after my redundancy meeting. I finish here on June 28th and start my new role on July 1st. That's rather satisfying. Now to try and wangle some gardening leave before I start.
