I’m competing in the Ironman World Champs in Hawaii in October.

The mentally hardest, most miserable block of training - the slog of Winter base build with weight loss Dec-Feb is over. I stuck at it and am lean, fit and excited for the next stages. Can’t wait for it all to unfold.
