I haven't had the heart to make any postings on the Northern Soul thread that he so enjoyed since his untimely passing, there aren't many genuine, truly kind and compassionate people around and I believe he was one.

It's 4 laps of which there is a mile out and back at the Ironman. It seems fitting that there'll be running there tomorrow and though no Fetch shirts there is a Fetchie, Wrexham Rob, taking part.

Never met him in person but always came across as a lovely man.

If you read about his nightly beach runs you could almost have been running along beside him.

He always encouraged others especially on the How was your run thread.

Hope all your beach run are still as perfect as they were while you were here xx
