Aw no that's a shame Claire :(

I got injured the week before Xmas. I fainted and fractured my ankle. Had a leg cast on for 4 weeks now and am getting very bored.

Oh no, that must be very frustrating for you. How long does the cast have to stay on?

I think i may have plantar do-da whatsit. Due to the snow i have been doing a lot of gym classes body jam, body combat etc and on saturday had a bit of a dull pain in the area then yesterday woke up in really bad pain in the foot - have googled it and it's in the right place :-( struggled to put any weight on it yesterday so rested with iboprofen, iced it being careful at work today and have an appoinment to see my fizz tomorrow anyway so am hoping that she can do something!!

Another 2 weeks to go.

I am just heading off to see the doctor as my knee is getting very sore. Its the same leg as the cast. The pain is gradually getting worse. Just starting to wonder if it has something to do with the cast.

Did hamstring in 200 metres at Fetch BIG Mile on Saturday. Had a lot of trouble walking in the 24 hours after the injury, but 48 hours later and I'm walking nearly normally. Iced it regularly in the first 24 hours, fizz appointment booked for Wednesday. I shall be on the step for a few weeks, at least :(
