Roglic literally had no luck. That was a great ride till that point. I agree he likely doesn't start tomorrow. I'm just watching as live atm so not seen replays, was it a wheel touch.

Fred Wright said they touched in his interview. But yeah, it was an awesome ride from Roglic, deserving of more, although perhaps not 1.30 lead. Looks like they've decided, Evenepoel remains race leader., hard to imagine they would have taken away the lead over a mechanical in the last 3km.

Re the puncture, yes Adam started the puncture conjecture and Dan agreed when looking at pics. Interestingly Evenepoel's language in the interview was he thought he had a puncture.

I don't think Movistar will allow Mas to risk second due to the points and the relegation battle (they aren't letting Valverde race the WC because they need points), so as long as Evenepoel is solid, the race is won I think.

Gutting for him, and the race. Remco was undoubtedly in the driving seat in terms of taking the overall GC win, but it would have been nice to see it play out.
