I am doing a 4 hours run tomorrow. What do you think I should concentrate on the most? (POSE wise, I don't need any advise on what to look at as I run along lol)

andy: That you're pulling your feet up to quickly but minimally just enough to break support and that your hips are leading your support point slightly. Most important of all, keep these things as "items to be aware of" rather then "items to be acutely focussing on" and just Chill Out, Relax and Enjoy (CORE) your run. CORE is Copyright to SPR, 2009.

I had an aha moment tonight. This pleases me greatly.
I have been standing too tall with locked knees habitually. I don't think this has helped me much...

Ian,
NICE, it is a great idea to practice good posture while standing and walking NOT just while unrunning:)

I have just been prctising J in my living room and I noticed with minimal pull and a nice bend in knee my pelvis was level, I was relaxed and I was treading very very lightly landing under GCM. Nice. I was unrunning very well indeed

McNewbie, actually there is a book called Mastering the Art of Running with The Alexander Technique. It is a brilliant book and is very useful. It is not however anything to do with the pose Method. Awareness of how you use the body can help greatly when learning to run with better form using pose Method though definitely.
