CT: Well done for starting a highly anticipated thread. You realize the Efficient Running Thread will either (1) die a slow death or (more likely) (2) become more madcap then ever! ;-)

For anyone living in London, I'm organizing some infrequent informal Pose training sessions at St James Park. The first one will be this Saturday afternoon. It won't be coaching (ie personal advice, video analysis etc etc) but we will be doing group-based drills and short runs to give everyone a chance to explore Pose and discuss with like-minded individuals. Quite likely we will end up in a bar afterwards ;-)

About This Thread

Maintained by cabletow
If you want to get people to watch you running - you need to video yourself using your mobile phone or digital camera. Side on, full length for a few strides, is sufficient. Use a cloud storage system as discussed here

http://www.fetcheveryone.com/viewtopic.php?id=47880
And share the file with a coach or coaches for constructive comment, either in private or on the thread if you dare.
