Lol. I've bought prob 5 or 6 pairs of Inov-8s from eL Bee. Great shop, great service, sorry to see you're closing down. Did have a quick squizz and some great bargains, but not quite in the models or size that I'd need. Sorry to see Faster Feet going.

I brought a pair of 230s which I wore the toes out I loved wearing them to the pub lol.

I've still got the Mudroc and claws I brought.

Very big shame he's closing :-(

That aside, I'm enjoying my NB Vibram contraptions, got my best 5k age grading ever in them this Saturday. 2nd fastest 4k ever also. BOOM!

Maybe I should stick them in the freezer

A guy tells me he has been suffering from lower back pain. It was easy to see why. He arched his back (backwards K-bend). Straightened him up and got him understanding pseudo pose. Light bulb went on in his head. Told me everyone had told him to get new shoes (which he did). Was able to understand posture was key to his problem!

If you want to get people to watch you running - you need to video yourself using your mobile phone or digital camera. Side on, full length for a few strides, is sufficient. Use a cloud storage system as discussed here

As requested common acronyms used in this thread
GCM = General Centre of Mass

COG = Centre of Gravity
GCM = COG for the most part
BOF = Ball of foot - the feshy bit just under and slightly heelward of the big toe joint
ROM = Range of movement of the knees, or feet
BW = Body weight
ME = Muscular elasticity
COS = Change of support
GRF = Ground reaction force
FFS = It is not that hard dingbat
